Over the past couple years we’ve been raising our little herd of heritage cross-breed pigs, and are excited to open up our offering for pork shares!

The first batch should be available in spring of 2027. These pigs are grown out nice and easy, with zero growth hormones or regular antibiotics, and no corn or soy in their usual feed ration.

The Details

  • What sorts of cuts can I expect?
    This is up to you, but many enjoy pork chops, roasts, ground pork, seasoned sausage, & cured goods (eg. bacon, ham, etc)
  • Can I have the organs/specialty cuts, like trotters, leaf lard, heart, etc? Yes, those can be included on a whole hog share if specified at time of order.
  • What breed are your pigs? Ours are a 4-way heritage cross! They are a cross of Hereford, Red Wattles, Mangalitsa, and Berkshire.
