About Us — our family’s story

Ranching didn’t come to us by surprise. For Josh as a 4th generation rancher, raising was in his blood. For Nicole, not quite, but when she said ‘yes!’ to Josh she kinda figured the ranching would just be a part of it!

Josh & I moved back to his family’s ranch in 2018 with a newborn babe in tow — and have since grown our brood to a family of 7!

There have definitely been learning curves along the way, but we’ve come through them knowing that this is just what we’re going to do — maybe we just needed to figure out how.

Amongst the never-ceasing daily grind of caring for animals, keeping equipment running, and planning for the next week’s tasks, we came to the conclusion that selling beef, and other animals, farm to table would not only benefit our community, but also help our bottom line.

And that is what we are doing now! We are honored to serve you and your family. We appreciate your business as we get Montana Natural Meats off the ground, and are always open to any recommendations for future!
