When will your next batch of beef shares be ready?
Our pre-sold beef shares should be fully processed and ready for pickup each APRIL & OCTOBER

of each year.

Are these grain finished?
Yes, our standard beef shares are grain finished for a wonderful, traditional beef flavor!

We do not use any soy or corn in the grain ration.

What do you mean by a 

“live cattle” share?


When you purchase a beef share, you are purchasing a portion of a live domestic bovine that will be ‘finished’ (fed out) by us and then processed (cut & wrapped) by a local processor.

Do you use any growth hormones or antibiotics?


The cattle we source have NOT received any growth hormones, and have NOT been on any regular antibiotics as part of their regime.

What cuts will I get in my beef share?
This is up to you! Our processor will take your directions on how you’d like your share cut & wrapped.

Many share-buyers
enjoy steaks, roasts, stew meat, ground hamburger, & specialty cuts.

Will I be responsible for picking up the finished beef product?

Yes — once your beef is ready for pickup, you will be in charge of picking it up from the processor & paying the processing fee.

CURRENT TIMELINE on beef shares

  • January 1st-April 1st, 2026 — open for selling beef shares that will be ready in April 2026. Payment due in FULL by April 1st. Beef shares will be ready for pickup in early May.
  • Feb 16th-August 15th, 2026 — open for selling beef shares that will be ready in October 2026.
